2003: “Abs light came on and I went to have the vehicle serviced. The service tech showed me the rotors and calipers. They were badly cracked and overheated. Cost $4700 to repair. Would not warranty them because the computer code said I was riding the brakes. False . They installed a zerk fitting on the shaft to the bell crank without documenting it.”

2002: “Non-availability of parts, NHTSA recall # ea02035. I have tried to make an appt w/an authorized Workhorse chassis service center. The two centers nearest me have had the caliper kits on order for the longest time. I feel that Workhorse custom chassis is dragging their feet when supplying the service centers.”

NHTSA complaint #10392929, filed 2011-03, 14,000 miles

2004: “The above vehicle was purchased on 10/29/2010, while conducting the first 30 day riving test, it was noticed that the instrument cluster was not functioning properly, the display light will not come on and therefore had to drive in the evening without this knowledge. During the dailight, when I placed the vehicle in cruise control the instrument cluster failed to tell me so. There are many other features to this instument that I do not know if they work or not. …”
