“I noticed within the first couple of weeks a difference in driving vehicle .. When I first purchased the vehicle I was given a NHTSA printout for any passed reports if therebwas any and there was nothing disclosed in the report . After experiencing issues with the vehicle . I ran another recall report and was able to see the 38 plus recalls that have been discovered since. I have scheduled a service appointment at the dealership tomorrow . I noticed very soon after purchasing vehicle and as of the last couple days .. I did take it to a couple of mechanic shops covered the car max warranty.”

I tapped on my gas pedal to inch the car forward as the car in front of me was now about 3 car lengths ahead of me. As I lifted my foot off the pedal and the car began to roll, it picked up speed and started to accelerate, despite my foot being off the gas pedal. Upon attempting to brake multiple times, the brakes would not engage. The car was launched forward approximately one (1) car length. The car started to tick and the auto brakes kicked in. Only then did my brakes reengage. …”
