“The front passenger seat belt anchor slides in and clicks as though it were secure. When any amount of pressure is applied to the belt, the belt comes out of the anchor. The vehicle has a passenger side airbag and the belt does not work. This could cause serious injury or death in an accident or faulty discharge of the airbag.”
