1991: “When I open the driver's side door, the driver's seat belt retracts forward which is correct. But when I close the door, the driver's seat belt should retract back to me but it doesn't. The seat belt is stuck in the forward position, the red seat belt light is on and there is a constant beeping sounding.”

I was going around 25 miles per hour and a pickup truck going from my right to left at about 40 miles per hour collided with my car. The pickup's left front impacted with my right front (I steered left and he steered right as evasive maneuvers). My car was totaled and yet my air bags did not deploy.”
NHTSA complaint #10402617, filed 2011-05, 143,221 miles2000: “I purchased my Integra in 2012 with 75,000 miles and to this day the passenger seat belt has come undone multiple time. This is very dangerous I thought at first it was being caused by a seat cover but after removing the seat cover it continues to happen.”
