“Headrest is extremely uncomfortable. I know they are supposedly safe, but I don't think it's true. They force the head foreward and leave a big void from the top of your shoulders to the bottom of your head. This could break your neck in a collision by forcing the head. Sort of a reverse whiplash, if you will. Worst of all, they cause me a lot pain on long trips. Please recall these and replace them with tilt-adjustable headrests.”
