“I am writing to formally report a serious and ongoing issue with my 2022 Audi A5 involving multiple component failures. Most recently, both front windows suddenly stopped functioning and would not roll up, leaving my vehicle fully exposed. As a result, my car was subjected to rain, causing water intrusion and damage to the interior of the vehicle. This issue is especially concerning given my prior history with this vehicle. Since purchasing the car, the sunroof has already required repair twice within the past two years. Now, I am experiencing a complete failure of both front windows. …”
