“The contact owns a 2024 Audi Q3. The contact stated that the doors automatically locked after exceeding 8 MPH. The contact was unable to unlock the doors from inside the vehicle. The contract stated that the doors could not be unlocked from outside the vehicle. The contact stated that it was impossible to unlock the doors after exceeding 8 MPH. The contact unlocked the doors; however, the doors relocked automatically. The contact was concerned about being locked inside the vehicle and not being able for anyone outside the vehicle to unlock the doors. There were no warning lights illuminated. …”
