“I brought my Audi Q6 e-tron into an authorized dealership for a mandatory factory safety recall service. Prior to this appointment, all Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), including the front sensors, Front-Assist collision avoidance, and Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC), were operating 100% normally with zero faults. Immediately upon picking up the vehicle after the manufacturer's software update, the safety systems were completely disabled, and active dashboard warning lights were triggered. …”
NHTSA complaint #11772800, filed 2026-10“1.We were driving down a 4-lane divided road and the car abruptly and rapidly slow down at a cross road causing the car behind me to hit their brakes just barely avoiding a collision. The app(?) stopped working while she was shopping and when she came out the phone couldn’t open the door. Fortunately, she left her key in her purse and was able to operate her car. …”
NHTSA complaint #11697053, filed 2025-11“This vehicle was purchased from Audi Fort Lauderdale on July 31, 2025 and on the drive home, 9 safety systems were reported as not working. There are many people on the Audi Etron forum complaining of the same or similar issues. My car has not functioned safely for a single day since purchase and Audi is dragging their feet on a buyback. …”
