“In march 2017, I was driving southbound on the right lane of a parkway, when a vehicle that was two cars behind me, accelerates out to the middle lane, he loses control of his vehicle, his car goes to the left lane then turns around almost perpendicular to me, and collides into my vehicle pushing me off onto the embankment, continuing to collide into my car multiple times, before his car goes up into the air and lands on the hood, backwards. I thought I was going to die, and the multiple collisions against my vehicle seemed endless. …”
