2024 BMW 530I Technical Service Bulletins

103 technical service bulletins (TSBs) are on record for the 2024 BMW 530I. TSBs are notes manufacturers send to dealers about repair procedures for issues seen in the field. They are not recalls and do not by themselves mean a vehicle has a fault.

• 11013112Jan 15, 2025Transmission and drivetrain. During manufacturing, the dual-mass flywheel has not been sufficiently greased. The insufficient grease may result in acoustic abnormalities and vibrations in the vehicle's powertrain.

• 11013040Jan 13, 2025Brakes. After replacement of the Integrated Braking system (IB)/Power Brake the total distance covered might be lower than when handed over to the workshop for the repair.
• 11013119Jan 10, 2025Other or unknown. On the main door seal, detachment behavior can be detected in the sealing joint area. Overtime, the sealing material continues to detach more and more, which can cause the seal to dangle and become visible to the customer.
