“Concern: The 2024 BMW 530i is equipped with Dynamic Cruise Control and a Speed Limit Assistant. The system is designed to automatically adopt posted speed limits and adjust the cruise control set speed. However, because this specific trim lacks a radar-based distance-monitoring sensor (Active Cruise Control), the vehicle initiates aggressive, unintended acceleration toward slower-moving traffic or stopped obstacles whenever it detects a higher speed limit sign. …”
