Example complaints

Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“My car will intermittently not start. There is a warning on the on board computer that the car's steering wheel lock has malfunctioned and the car will not start. The screen says to move the steering wheel to start the car. It usually take several minutes of tugging on the wheel and it will start again. This happens almost every time I start the car now.”
