“The contact owns a 2013 BMW R 1200 GS. The contact stated that while riding the motorcycle at 5 MPH, the brake clutch was engaged; however, the motorcycle failed to stop intendedly. The contact stated that the motorcycle jerked forward. The manufacturer was notified of the failure and informed the contact that NHTSA had not associated the contact's VIN with Technical Service Bulletin Number: 21 001 13 (021). The contact was advised to report the failure to the NHTSA Hotline. The failure mileage was approximately 70,000.”
