“I am writing to formally escalate the ongoing mechanical issues with my 2026 BMW X2, which I purchased approximately one year ago from BMW of Norwood. Since less than a month after purchasing this vehicle, I have experienced recurring fuel-system-related vibrations, excessive rattling, and a check-engine light. Despite numerous visits to the dealership, repeated complaints, and ongoing communication with the service department, this issue remains unresolved. Initially, I was told that the noise might be coming from the gas tank cover and that I may not have been closing it properly. …”
