2016: “I purchased my 2016 Buick Cascada in 2017, in the summer of 2018 I noticed the paint chipping off all 4 of my rims. Then in december of 2020 I noticed the back window started to become unattached from the convertible top. The vehicle is now out of warranty and the dealership tells me I need to replace the entire top, which is absolutely ridiculous. I paid $38,000 for a vehicle that is falling apart. I don't understand why general motors it's not held responsible for this?”
NHTSA complaint #11396566, filed 2021-02, 50,000 miles2017: “The front collision alert doesn't work at all. It is supposed to light up and make a sound to warn that you are approaching another car to fast, it doesn't. The indicator that lights up green to show that there is a car in front of you should turn amber if you get to close, it doesn't. This is an option that I bought as a safety device or something to assist in my safe driving. I took it back to the dealer and the tech said that per the GM technical document that it worked as it should, even though the service advisor and the tech agreed that it didn't work at all. …”
