2013: “After any amount of rain, the vehicle will not shut off after turning the key to the off position and removing the keys. The vehicles dash lights all go off with the exception of the check engine light . The vehicle remains running. I have to pull a fuse to get it to shut off. Then, the next morning I have to jump it to get it to start.”

2019: “My husband had the key in his pocket upstairs in our house. It accidentally activated at some point by his bending /sitting. The car remotely started and we did not hear it. Only because our pets became upset did we discover the running car in our closed garage. We were able to turn it off and vent the garage of co accumulation.”

NHTSA complaint #11387192, filed 2021-01, 20,000 miles

2018: “I am told by graff chevrolet, okemos, mi, that at only 63,000 miles, my rear toe link adjustments are separating and needs to be replaced at a cost of $407 plus a $90 wheel alignment plus tax. In my research, I see that the GM cadillax srx has had the same issue. I am concerned for my safety first off, but also believe GM should recall and warranty these parts.”
