“The Buick died due to a fuel pump control module. This happened in a busy intersection. We were unable to force car into neutral so it could be pushed out of traffic . Ninth minutes later a tow truck showed up and had to drag car onto roll back. We have exhausted attempts with GM and its dealers and no answers. I also have a 2021 Gmc pickup with push button start and same problem. This is a major safety problem and a danger to driver and passenger .”

“My instrument panel cluster went black while the vehicle remained operational. The speedometer, warning lights, warning chimes, PRNDL/gear display, and dashboard are all non-functional. We checked fuses and performed a battery reset. The issue remains unresolved. This creates a significant safety concern, as I have no access to vehicle speed, warning lights, a gear indicator, or safety alerts while driving. I am requesting that this issue be formally documented and investigated as a potential safety defect involving the instrument cluster/electrical system.”
