While attempting to park, the vehicle independently surged forward, went over a railroad cross tie, and crashed into a tree. A police report was not filed. The air bags did not deploy. No injuries were sustained. The vehicle was repaired. The manufacturer was notified of the failure. Updated 01/21/16”
