“The vehicle in question has two major problems, one. The vehicle continues to backfire each time the car is driven at approixmately 35 milles per hour. The second problem is; every time the the vehicle is started there is a popping sound from the fuel tank area. Or each time you stop you temporarly thre fuel tank will pop. …”

She thought the smell might be coming from a source external to the car so she shut the air vent and started the air conditioner. She started to feel faint and nauseas so she looked for the nearest exit to safely get off the highway. The odor of gasoline at this point was causing blurred vision and difficulty with her motor controls. She stopped on a side street and immediately exited the car to get some fresh air. …”
