2004: “Low beams on lighting goes out for no apparent reason. This has happened two times in the last two weeks. Dealership says they just can't find anything wrong. Although they had another vehicle there with same problem. This seems to be a recurring problem with GM SUV's. My 1994 gmc did the same thing and I heard reports of other gmc's doing the same thing. Not good on interstates at night.”

NHTSA complaint #11010081, filed 2017-07, 114,000 miles

2005: “The drivers door master power switch shorts out - cannot roll down windows (of any kind), lights flicker and go out completely my headlights turn off completely while im driving!!!!! And has caused me to immediately pull over with no lights, no vision to turn them on manually!!! Unacceptable!!”

NHTSA complaint #10904306, filed 2016-09, 82,500 miles

2007: “Fuel gauge reading inaccurate. With a full tank when starting and fuel level gauge slowing showing empty knowing I have just filled the tank. The level fluctuates up and down creating frustration and anxiety. My wife is now afraid to drive the vehicle. This has brought much apprehension while driving thinking there is a leak in the system.”
