“The contact owns a 2005 Buick Rendezvous. The contact stated the power locks were supposed to unlock automatically once the vehicle was shifted in park however, the vehicle had to be unlocked manually. The dealer was contacted but provided no assistance. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The vehicle was not repaired. The failure mileage was 0 and the current mileage was 21,000.”

The indicator does not show that the hatch is open. She feels that this is a safety issue because the rear hatch can open at any time and endanger the lives of the third row passengers. The manufacturer would not assist. The current mileage was 60,000 and failure mileage was 43,000.”
