“The cue system became unresponsive about 5 months ago and will randomly change my radio stations. Today the film under the touchscreen looks cracked like it is spider webbing. This is the second cue system in my car since I bought it brand new. The first one failed after 2 years and was covered under my warranty. This second one stopped working after two years as well. It is sad that they put a product in a $56,000 car that cannot last longer than 2 years.”
