“The contact owns a 2024 Cadillac CT4. The contact stated that while attempting to park the vehicle, there was an abnormal engine oil burning odor around the exterior of the vehicle. No warning light was illuminated. The vehicle was taken to a local dealer, where it was diagnosed with a camshaft carrier reseal leak. The vehicle was not repaired due to the cost. The manufacturer was not made aware of the failure. The failure mileage was approximately 85,305.”
