2021: “valve body failed and was supposedly repaired. I had the car 1 day and valve body failed again. My car has been in the shop since November 4, 2024 with no estimated time of repair because no parts are available. I was told they would replace the transmission. That has not happened yet. No parts available. My car has been disable for 6 months.”
NHTSA complaint #11655109, filed 2025-042022: “Sept 4 2024 my husband was involved in a motor vehicle accident involving a gravel hauler that hit him twice once in the rear then in drivers side that cause my husband to spin out of control hitting another vehicle none of the airbags deployed My husband should have been killed or severely injured by the grace of God he was not”
NHTSA complaint #11613882, filed 2024-092020: “69,000 mile oil change I was told i needed to spend thousands of dollars on repairing an oil leak b/c my Cam carrier is leaking. Cadillac has a know issue with this repair and refuses to stand behind it's product. Numerous complaints already on forums and yet they charge thousands to fix. A top name brand that can't produce a vehicle past 69000 miles without a major issue. I wanted to make it known about the ongoing issue by Cadillac. So sad.”
