2007: “To:NHTSA good morning! Emailing to form a complaint of wheels factory Cadillac chrome that are rusty and chipping of of wheels on the inside, the outside is shiny.I think there is a possibility in time they could cause a problem.I realize my car is a 2007 Cadillac is a 2007 but when I was looking to purchase a used Cadillac they all seemed to have this rust problem...”

2008: “Lower engine oil leak. I understand that this is a common problem dating back a number of years and Cadillac has not rectified the problem and has not issued a recall. I am forced to install a new engine because the problem is so costly to resolve. Approximately $4,500. Is there any class action against Cadillac or is there any relief available.”

NHTSA complaint #11111504, filed 2018-07, 90,000 miles

2006: “I bought this car, and the steering wheel controls(audio/cruise control) have not worked, prior owner was advised to replace the bcm. Front driver's headlight intermittently goes on and off when driving. The steering wheel switch to adjust the height, angle, and settings for each driver also are not working. Apparently these are known issues. I had similar issues with my 2000 chevy impala, and my 2004 chevy impala ss.”
