2010: “Headlight problem, I change the headligts 3 years back at the dealer because of water inside the units. Now 3 years later I driving in complete darkness the inside reflector it seem to be fog up or the reflector is no good . This is a hazard I can not see not even a foot a way from inside car. It seem like I'm driving with out light. Is a very spencive fix.”

They are insisting that I have to send the core back to the manufacturer when I have to pay $1200 to replace it, they will send it back and resell it for a higher price and I want to keep the unit for evidence.”
NHTSA complaint #11395578, filed 2021-02, 100,000 miles2014: “Like so many others my exterior headlights are so dim I feel it a danger to drive ar night or just dark places. I am reporting this to my state and if the manufacturer does not pay to fix this problem I am with the group who wants a class action suit. I warn every one I know not to purchase a Cadillac because they don't stand behind their product.”
