“The contact stated while driving 45 MPH, the driver's seat started moving backward. Eventually the entire seat was lying down and the contact could not reach the pedals. The contact pulled off of the road. The seat was pulled back up in an upright position. The contact thought the reset button could have accidentally been pressed.
