“I am writing to report a series of alarming incidents involving my 2025 Cadillac, purchased on December 2, 2024. Within three months of ownership, I have experienced three separate occurrences that have caused me significant concern and physical distress. 1 Approximately two weeks after purchasing the vehicle, I was stopped at a red light. When the light turned green, I pressed the Pedal. Within three- 4 seconds, I felt a sudden impact from the rear, as if I had been rear-ended. …”

A few minutes later it came back so I cleaned the windshield again. What happened next shocked me. Without any warning while traveling 30 mph the automatic braking system came on and stopped the car quickly. Thank God for my seatbelt! My backpack that was in the back seat came flying to the front. No warning at all! I called the dealer and brought the car t them. They told me they need to load new software in the car that would take 5-6 hrs. …”
