I purchased this vehicle in 2011. Within the first month, the vehicle would not start after filling the gas tank the night before. Initially I thought perhaps it was a bad batch of gasoline. I filed a claim again my warranty, requested information from thomas petroleum who confirmed there was no issue with gasoline, warranty covered repair. Then again in 2016, I have experienced the same issue with fueling system. …”

The dealer was uncertain when the parts would become available to service the vehicle under the recall. The manufacturer was uncertain when they would have the parts available. The contact had not experienced a failure.”
