“The contact owns a 2007 Cadillac STS. The contact stated that the passenger side air bag works intermittently when someone of a heavier weight sits in the passenger seat. He also stated that because the air bag was not activated, the seat belt chime that indicates the seat belts were not in use, would not work either. The contact notified the dealer of the failure at least six times and took the vehicle there as well. The current mileage was 3,500 and failure mileage was 10.”
