“The vehicle has experienced repeated fuel system failures. The fuel pump control module (FPCM) is a known General Motors issue on similar vehicles, but this specific vehicle was not included in a recall. The vehicle now displays diagnostic trouble code P2635 – Fuel Pump Flow Performance. The engine hesitates and loses power during acceleration, especially under load or when the vehicle is warm. Prior to this code, the vehicle repeatedly reported fuel injector-related faults. Four fuel injectors have already failed and required replacement, causing significant financial loss. …”
