Example complaints

“I recently began driving a 2003 Chevrolet Astro van on occasion and have had several instances where my foot has slipped off of (or missed entirely) the brake pedal. The pedal measures approximately 2.625 x 2.0 and is 50% to 300% smaller than those on other passenger vehicles or mid-sized pickup trucks in our fleet. I have had a couple near misses in colliding with other vehicles or objects when this happens, but consider it only a matter of time before an accident occurs.”
