“My five week old son (now 9 mos) was thrown from his century smartfit classic carseat on june 15, 1999 during an automobile accident. The witness that removed the seat from our vehicle said that the buckle was still latched, yet my son managed to be thrown into the back of our chevy Blazer. An investigator was sent in july 1999, but has not contacted us since then.”
