Example complaints

Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“My windshield motor went out quit awhile ago. I drive with no wipers and can't seem to fix the problem. They come on sometimes, and when it seems to not work is when it rains. I wondered if there was a recall on the motor, or a defect that can get it replaced. Also my air conditioner is not working for the past year, and blinking with the A/C. Light on. I can't seem to fix the problem.”
