Example complaints

Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“Lights: life span of tail lights is much shorter than expected. Emergency brake lever: when applying emergency brake, a loud pop is heard and the sound of a spring (normally, theres a clicking sound and the lever is raised). Lever moves to a much higher position than normal. If the emergency brake is released, then re-engaged, it works properly. Failures are not predictable.”

“Vehicle has 39,000 miles on it and it needs another brake job for the 3rd time. Headlights flicker , appears to go completely off at no set time has been in repair 10 times for this”
