“I own a 2001 Chevrolet full size van. While making a left hand turn the shaft on the power steering pump broke, resulting in very difficult control of the vehicle. The first incident occurred december 5 ,2003. The pump was replaced at my expense, now one year later the exact same thing has happened. I feel GM has some big problems here, with real safety issues. I am very upset I am forced to replace power steering pumps every year. Please act on this problem quickly. Thank you jon.”
