“My car fuel pump modulator problem. That has been on recall. But not for my vehicle. I do not know the history of what stat it origionally was bought in. But I think if those cars have recall why shouldnt mine? It now leaks gas under gas tank and when I tried to start it gives me hard time. It started 7/2019. Makes car bog down when accelerating. Does it sitting and when moving”

“So, I open the switch of the car and when I see was a big leak of gas on the floor and I double check and it was gasoline I scared and don't move the car. I check on line and they said the Cobalt 2009 has a recall for this problem 12v459000 fuel system and I call the dealer and said my car not covered for recall. Is very dangerus can get fire and involved lives.”

NHTSA complaint #11109646, filed 2018-07, 51,100 miles

“The first time I smelled gas and found the gas line leaking from a bracket holding the gas lines was about 2 years ago (2018), cost $100 dollars to get fixed. Now there is another gas leak farther back near the gas tank coming from another bracket. I have never had another vehicle give this many problems with gas line leaks. I drive the car almost every day, it rarely sits for more than 2 days in a row”
