“The contact owns a 2026 Chevrolet Colorado. The contact stated that when the vehicle was purchased, the passenger’s side air bag warning light remained illuminated. The vehicle was taken for tire maintenance, and the contact was informed that the air bag warning light should not be constantly illuminated. The dealer was contacted about the failure. The dealer diagnosed a failure with the restraint system and that the sensor on the passenger’s side was not operating properly, causing a failure with the passenger’s side air bags and seat belt. …”
