“The contact owns a 2005 Chevrolet Malibu Maxx. While driving 60 MPH, the contact's five and seven year old children opened the rear door. The contact stated that his vehicle has no child safety locks on the rear doors. He also stated that the door locks are too long. The dealer and manufacturer were notified and stated that nothing could be done. The VIN was unknown. The current mileage was 36,000 and failure mileage was 2,000.”
