“While driving at 30 MPH consumer's girl friend pulled the steering wheel to the right, vehicle went out of control, went off the street into four yards, and hit a mail box. Back on the pavement of the drivewaythere are skid marks. Driver lost control of the vehicle which spinned out of control,and the rear of the vehicle snapped a telephone pole, and vehicle came to a stop.”

When this happens the steering locks up, and there is no control in the steering wheel. This only happens when it is wet out side. This has been an on going problem since 96.”
