Example complaints

Selected from NHTSA records; personal details are removed. They are consumer reports, not findings.

“Two times in the last two years my vacuum pump has failed. First time it happened in Dec 2024. It happened again in July 2026. With the failure my breaks were very difficult to push to slow the vehicle down. No lights or alarms just one minute I had breaks second they weren’t working properly. Luckily I was on a high way and had time to slow down so an accident didn’t occur. First repair my partner did second I took to a local garage to fix it.”
