“The contact owns a 1994 Chevrolet SUBURBAN 2500. The contact stated that the windshield wipers worked intermittently on his vehicle. The dealer stated that the VIN was not included in NHTSA campaign id number 03v159000 (visibility:windshield wiper/washer). The contact would have to pay for the repair. The failure has been ongoing for the past six years. The failure mileage was 144,597.”
