“Dt: the contact received NHTSA recall 05v163000. The vehicle was taken to the dealership and the repair work was performed. This has left a loop on the seat belt, and the contact's small children are putting there hands through it. Their hands get stuck, and the pulling to get their hand out caused rug burn. She contacted general motors, and they offered to cut the loop and leave the extra material in the vehicle. The contact wanted the loop to be removed completely.”
