“The head rest in the third row seat is broken and will not remain in the up position when the seat is up. This is causing a safety risk in that there is no safety for passengers in a rear end collision. There is already a recall that Chevrolet has issued for other Tahoe vehicles; however, my VIN number has not been added to that recall. I am requesting to have my vehicle's VIN number added to the already existing recall.”
