“The contact owns a 2006 Chevrolet TRAILBLAZER 360. While driving at approximately 25 MPH, the engine stalled.the vehicle did restart after the first attempt. The failure recurred numerous times. The vehicle was taken to a dealer where it was not diagnosed or repaired. The manufacturer was not notified of the failure. The approximate failure mileage was 162,000.”
