“The contact owned a 2017 Chevrolet TRAX. The contact stated that while driving approximately 70 MPH, the vehicle crashed into a deer causing severe damage to the front end. During the crash the air bags did not deploy, and the vehicle was destroyed the vehicle was towed away from the scene. Not injuries were reported. No police report was taken. The cause of the failure was not determined. The local dealer and manufacturer were not notified. The failure mileage was 51,585.”

The contact stated while driving at approximately 25 MPH; she T-boned with another vehicle (Ford F-150) however, the air bags did not deploy. No warning light had illuminated. During the impact, the contact's face hit the dashboard and she sustained a brain bleed, missing teeth, and a concussion that required medical attention. No police department arrived at the scene due to a high volume of crashed therefore no police report was filed. The vehicle was towed to a tow lot by the insurance provider. …”
