“The contact owns a 2019 Chevrolet Trax. The contact stated that the front and rear passenger’s side tires continued to experience loss of air pressure. After replacing the tires, the failure continued to occur. The cause of the failure was not determined. The local dealer and manufacturer were not contacted. The failure mileage was 39,000.”

The vehicle was towed to Hertz Rental where the contact was provided another vehicle. The contact was unsure if the dealer or manufacturer was notified of the failure. …”
