“The contact owns a 2010 Chrysler 200. The contact stated that NHTSA campaign number: 16v668000 (electrical system) exceeded a reasonable amount of time for repair. The contact received the recall notification in march of 2016. The manufacturer was notified. The contact had not experienced a failure. Vin tool confirms parts not available.”
NHTSA complaint #10986369, filed 2017-05“The contact owns a 2008 (na) Chrysler 200. The contact stated that there was no response when the key fob was used to lock and unlock the door. Upon turning off and re-entering the vehicle, the horn sounded. The contact took the vehicle to a repair shop for inspection. The key was turned and the vehicle continued to make an abnormal noise. The vehicle was to be taken to a dealer for inspection and diagnosis to determine the failure. The failure mileage was not available.”
