“Vehicle randomly stalls, reverse and drive. It will stall in traffic, while driving and backing out of the driveway. I had a p0335 code after it stalled about 10 time. I have changed the crankcase sensor 3 times but does not correct the issue. Also have electrical issue with windows not working and only half the defrost working.”

NHTSA complaint #11408186, filed 2021-04, 143,256 miles

“The battery light in my car continues to come on even after having the battery replaced as well as the alternator replaced. Also the internal lights inside of my car began to blink like crazy, air conditioner was coming on/off, and the lights even shut off at one point almost as if the car couldn't control itself. I do not feel safe driving it.”

NHTSA complaint #11246381, filed 2019-08, 94,800 miles

“Started with the ABS and traction control lights coming on, my cruise control stopped coming on and a week later I pulled out of the bank and stopped alone side of the curb and the car just shut off, no restarting at all nothing happens, the right info panel said no bus, its at the Chrysler dealer ship now and they can find nothing wrong with it at all, even though it wont come on.”

NHTSA complaint #11292269, filed 2019-12, 74,000 miles

“Our car started over heating & smoke started coming out, the car was beeping & the gauge for the heat was sky rocketing to the h. White smoke started coming out of the left side of the engine & then the car was making a knocking sound. At the stoplight waiting to turn our car ended up shutting off & not starting.”

NHTSA complaint #11277018, filed 2019-10, 72,000 miles

“Re s61/NHTSA 16v-668 I had this condition and paid to have it repaired. Chrysler (FCA) has been telling me for almost a year that they will reimburse me for the repair as soon as they determine the needed part. They state that they still don't have an identified repair so I have to keep waiting for my refund. That is not timely resolution.”
