“Vehicle randomly stalls, reverse and drive. It will stall in traffic, while driving and backing out of the driveway. I had a p0335 code after it stalled about 10 time. I have changed the crankcase sensor 3 times but does not correct the issue. Also have electrical issue with windows not working and only half the defrost working.”

NHTSA complaint #11408186, filed 2021-04, 143,256 miles

“This car has a air bag sign in dasboard. 7-8 months ago there was a air bag recall for this car but the agency said it was for different part recall which means this car still has an airbag sign in dashboard. I am not sure when did the sign appear first time. One day I started this car and their was an airbag sign and it never disappear after that.”

NHTSA complaint #11082197, filed 2018-03, 8,000 miles

“I got into a car accident in may of 2016. My air bags did not deploy, as they should have given the speed I was going. I also was not notified of this recall until later that year. I have called and checked online to see when the parts would be in to have the recall issue solved and I have been told they do not have an eta and the parts aren't available.”

NHTSA complaint #10969610, filed 2017-03, 55,000 miles

“Re s61/NHTSA 16v-668 I had this condition and paid to have it repaired. Chrysler (FCA) has been telling me for almost a year that they will reimburse me for the repair as soon as they determine the needed part. They state that they still don't have an identified repair so I have to keep waiting for my refund. That is not timely resolution.”

NHTSA complaint #11005060, filed 2017-07, 85,979 miles

“Takata recall. I have a recall on airbags and seatbelt transponder may not work in event of an accident. I refuse to drive this car and am not waiting until june 2017 for a repair. I want a buyback immediately....with incentive ...so I can get on with my life. A rental is being offered at this time . I am not satisfied and a buyback would make more sense.”
